As part of the Preconstruction team, you'll report to the Preconstruction Manager, collaborating closely with seasoned Estimators. This position suits individuals with foundational construction knowledge ready to dive into estimating responsibilities. You’ll gain insights into the estimating process while participating in project cost assessments and proposal preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret construction specifications and scopes

• Conduct quantity takeoffs for project bidding

• Collect and compare pricing data from providers

• Help prepare competitive bid submissions

• Maintain organized project records

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management

• 1–2 years total experience in construction

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to analyze technical information

• Team-oriented attitude and diligence
