Reporting to the Chief Estimator, this role emphasizes detailed preparation of competitive bids for civil engineering projects. Engage with various teams to ensure that estimates are thorough and accurate, making your input essential to successful project acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop thorough and timely construction estimates

• Assess project documents and identify potential risks

• Generate construction methodologies and vendor scope preparations

• Collaborate closely with estimating and project management teams

• Maintain organized documentation of bidding activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in civil estimating

• Degree in civil engineering or related discipline

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s license

• Experience with local construction conditions preferred

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
