Construction Worker

Brighter Staffing Agency is currently seeking experienced Construction Workers to join our client's team. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects with a diverse and dynamic team in different cities of the lower mainland.

• Perform various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery (For those who are certified)
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions
• Install and repair structures and fixtures, including roofs, floors, and walls
• Operate power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project deadlines are met
• Adhere to project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools
• Continuously learn and improve skills to enhance job performance

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction work
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification is a plus
