Site Superintendent - Milestone Environmental

Location: City of Langley

Drive impactful projects as a Site Superintendent with Milestone Environmental Contracting. Lead site activities ensuring safety, timeliness, and budgetary compliance on diverse environmental projects.

As a Superintendent at Milestone, you will manage all site operations while representing our core values of Ingenuity, Caring, and Collaboration. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and fosters a collaborative environment among team members. You’ll impact projects across Canada, emphasizing quality and environmental safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update training as per MECI protocols

• Ensure compliance with Work Safe BC regulations

• Communicate safety updates to teams

• Understand project scope and control estimates

• Develop and oversee site-specific workplans

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role

• Civil/Environmental degree or equivalent experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions

• Experience with Indigenous communities is a plus
