The Service Team Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day service operations by managing scheduling, communication, and documentation for field service activities. The objective is to deliver prompt and professional customer support, coordinate technician resources effectively, and maintain accurate service records. This role supports internal teams, enhances client satisfaction, and contributes to continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Scheduling & Dispatch:
Assign service requests and manage technician schedules
Customer Support:
Respond to service inquiries, confirm appointments, and communicate updates
Documentation:
Record service activity, warranty info, and customer feedback in ERP/CRM systems
Team Support:
Prepare job details for technicians and coordinate parts or materials
Issue Resolution:
Escalate complex problems and assist with troubleshooting
Inventory & Projects:
Track service-related inventory and support capital project planning
Compliance & Process:
Follow warranty/service protocols and assist with audit documentation
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of process and mechanical engineering
3–5 years of experience in the windows (or doors/windows) industry
Personable, professional communicator with strong customer service skills
Critical thinker; resourceful and solution‑oriented
Strong time management and flexible personal availability
Comfortable navigating computers and digital platforms
Experience with Pro Core is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license and passport (for site visits or travel if required)
