- Cash and credit card processing
- Assisting with daily train and bus departures
Skills
- Enthusiasm for the White Pass product
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Must possess basic knowledge of computers
- Proficiency in email and Microsoft Word applications
- Excellent ability to communicate important information to the public
- Ability to stay on task and take initiative in small office projects
- Previous customer service experience required
