In this impactful role, you'll enable dealership success through strategic training and empowerment. Your primary mission is to help equipment dealerships achieve self-sufficiency on the digital platform, supporting various internal teams. This position emphasizes building internal champions to sustain engagement, ensuring measurable adoption outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and nurture internal champions for platform adoption
• Deliver training sessions focused on self-sufficiency
• Understand customer needs and connect them to platform value
• Monitor engagement metrics to identify friction points
• Develop scalable enablement resources like guides and playbooks
Requirements:
• Experience in customer success or enablement in SaaS
• Strong understanding of dealership operations
• Proven ability to influence without authority
• “Train-the-trainer” mindset for long-term independence
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
