Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer onboarding and lifecycle management
• Partner with clients on tailored engagement initiatives
• Manage and analyze customer interaction data
• Deliver program demonstrations and technical guidance
• Share AI-powered workflows to optimize team performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Customer Success or similar role
• Background in e-commerce required
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication
