As a front desk coordinator, you will manage inquiries, perform administrative support, and ensure that all visitors feel welcomed. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents and visitors with a warm attitude
• Keep communication logs to track daily activities
• Manage electronic filing and update resident information
• Coordinate staffing schedules using management systems
• Respond promptly to emergencies and conduct safety checks
Requirements:
• Two years in hospitality, customer service, or office work
• Proficient in Google Workspace;
Yardi knowledge is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with written and verbal fluency
• Ability to react competently in emergencies
