TPH is actively seeking a full-time Project Advisor to assist the Manager in responding to inquiries and turning client requests into actionable work orders. Applicants should bring strong communication and customer service skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
Your role will involve ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Manager with timely inquiry responses
• Create detailed quotes from customer specifications
• Expedite production work orders effectively
• Maintain accuracy in data input and processes
• Prepare print-ready PDFs from client artwork
Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience in retail
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE is an asset
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
