Job Title:
Shift Supervisor
Job Summary The Shift Supervisor monitors employees shifts, assigns tasks and duties, and oversees the performance of those during work shift. This is a key role in our customer service department.
Key Responsibilities Monitor employees schedules (start, end and breaks)
Assign tasks and duties to our customer service team
Oversee the performance of the team
Report customer service metrics and data to management and analytics team
Assist on the training of the new onboards
Ad hoc administrative projects as assigned
Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for problem-solving
Ability to work independently but love collaborating within a team
Comfortable with multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail
A positive person with a good sense of humor
Enjoys thinking on their feet and has the ability to excel under pressure
