This position requires a Level 1 General Insurance License along with at least six months of relevant experience. You will assist customers by managing inquiries and ensure production budgets are met. Stay connected with HUB International’s values and play a role in regulatory compliance within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer ICBC and private auto coverage in-office and at dealerships
• Handle customer service inquiries and support
• Set production budgets ensuring organizational goals are met
• Manage documentation and ICBC inventory accurately
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and effectively
Requirements:
• Mandatory Level 1 General Insurance License
• At least 6 months of experience in Auto Insurance
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
• Personal vehicle is necessary for travel to locations
• Strong client service skills
