Service Appointment Coordinator - Go Langley Subaru

Responsibilities
Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates.
Deliver an outstanding guest experience. Your friendly greeting sets the tone.
Check for and remind guests about outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring guests feel valued.
Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department for a seamless service experience.
Collect and process payments in accordance with dealership guidelines.
Follow up with guests within 24 hours, request feedback, and discuss surveys to continuously improve.
Qualifications
Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
Tech‑savvy.
