As a Service Advisor, you will report to the Service Manager and play a crucial role in customer satisfaction ponsibilities include greeting clients, conducting vehicle inspections, and guiding customers on service recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout service interactions

• Conduct vehicle inspections for accurate repair orders

• Secure pre-authorization for services and process payments

• Monitor repairs and communicate updates to customers

• Review CSI scores for continuous service improvement

Requirements:

• Strong skills in customer service and communication

• Familiarity with automotive service environments is beneficial

• Excellent organizational skills for multitasking
