Receptionist at West Coast Seniors Housing

Location: City of Langley

Become a key part of West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a Receptionist. Provide exceptional customer support and assist in creating memorable experiences for our residents in a dynamic work environment.

This role reports directly to the General Manager and is vital for maintaining excellent reception and office procedures. You will engage with residents, visitors, and staff while promoting a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include responding to emergencies, managing appointments, and ensuring the reception area runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the tenant emergency call system during shifts

• Greet and communicate with all community members professionally

• Organize appointment bookings for managers and meeting rooms

• Answer and transfer calls in a friendly manner

• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent with 2 years experience

• First Aid with CPR certification

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficient in Excel and Word

• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
