Consumer Affairs Case Analyst

Manage consumer cases for Maola through clear communication, careful documentation, and empathetic issue resolution in an on-site, full-time position. Support every interaction.

As Consumer Response Analyst, you will respond to inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product concerns across phone, email, social media, and other channels. You will maintain CRM records, coordinate approved responses, and manage active cases through timely follow-up. The position supports consumer satisfaction and corrective actions.

• Respond to consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
• Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Coordinate written responses, coupons, and approved compensation
• Prioritize urgent cases and manage communication deadlines
• Assist with recalls and consumer-related investigations

• Two years’ experience in consumer affairs or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening, de-escalation, and empathetic interaction abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
