Salary Range: $24.00 To $32.00 Hourly

The team at Willoughby Town Centre Dental & Langley Community Dentist are looking for two passionate, hard‑working Dental Administrators on a part‑time basis. The administrators play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our clinic's daily activities. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail‑oriented, and organized.

• 7 hours per week
• Saturdays required, but it may be possible to add some other days for the right candidate

• 1 year of experience as a Dental Administrator
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
