Position: Full-Time Dental Assistant

This position is ideal for a knowledgeable and caring Dental Assistant with a minimum of two years' experience. You will support dentists during procedures, manage sterilization, and educate patients effectively. The clinic offers a flexible Monday to Thursday schedule to accommodate your needs while promoting a positive patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists with patient procedures for smooth workflow

• Sterilize dental instruments and ensure room hygiene

• Educate patients on hygiene and care post-treatment

• Take X-rays if certified and maintain patient records

• Assist the front desk with scheduling and patient inquiries

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Dental Assistant role

• Certification from BCCOHP is mandatory

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities

• Familiarity with dental software like Power Practice is a plus
