Youth Care Worker Christian School

Join Langley Christian School as a Youth Care Worker beginning August 2026. This part-time role allows you to support students in developing essential skills within a supportive educational community.

Reporting to the Director of Learning Support, you will work closely with faculty and existing Youth Care Workers to help students achieve their academic and social goals. Your engaging, collaborative approach will contribute to a well-resourced environment focused on individual potential and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in developing coping skills for school

• Collaborate with staff and agencies to meet student needs

• Implement social interventions for challenging behaviors

• Encourage academic and personal growth in students

• Work under the guidance of the school principal

Requirements:

• At least two years of supervised child and youth experience

• Commitment to Biblical principles in your practice

• Strong references highlighting collaborative work

• Ability to foster inclusive learning environments

• Criminal record check required prior to employment
