Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct group parenting sessions based on program curriculum
• Prepare and organize materials for each session
• Keep informed of current parenting strategies and child developmental theories
• Coach clients in practical application of skills
• Manage referral processes and documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in relevant education
• 2 years’ experience in group or family work
• Valid Class 4 BC Driver’s License
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Punjabi language proficiency is a plus
