In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute engagement strategies for TWU’s global alumni community. Collaborating closely with the Vice President of Alumni and Families, you will oversee events and programs designed to increase participation. Your goal is to build bridges between alumni and current students, fostering a culture of support and mentorship within the university.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relational alumni engagement strategies
• Plan activities and events to foster alumni connections
• Create programs to enhance alumni participation
• Collaborate on student recruitment initiatives
• Manage volunteer Alumni Ambassador team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred TWU alumni
• 5+ years in engagement, fundraising, or similar roles
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong communicator with a positive demeanor
• Commitment to TWU’s mission and values
