Become a pivotal figure in student support at the Vancouver Campus by leading behavior and academic initiatives. As a Student Support Leader, your role encompasses strategy design and intervention.
This role invites you to enhance student learning through behavior support and academic intervention programs at the Vancouver Campus. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior support frameworks across the campus
• Assess student behaviors and create intervention plans
• Support academic intervention programming effectively
• Mentor and train support staff on behavioral techniques
• Analyze and track data for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Active certification as BCBA or BCaBA
• Eligibility to work in Canada with compliance to regulations
• History of conducting functional behavior assessments
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Criminal record check willingness required
