We are seeking a creative Substitute Teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree and K-12 certification for our Vancouver Campus in Langley, B.C. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills and a commitment to teamwork in an educational setting. Understanding cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt instructional methods is important for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach various subjects in the absence of regular teachers
• Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere for all students
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators
• Communicate effectively with students to facilitate learning
• Adhere to educational policies and frameworks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Successful K-12 Teacher training and practicum completed
• Eligibility for or possession of BC Teacher Certification
• Consent to a criminal background check
• Background in professional learning communities preferred
