Mazda Canada is looking for a dedicated Service Training Instructor to provide exceptional technical training for Retail Partner Technicians. This role involves creating a dynamic learning environment, including conducting both classroom and virtual sessions. The instructor will collaborate with design managers to develop up-to-date training materials, ensuring they align with current technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical training in person and online

• Prepare and maintain training resources in MGSS

• Communicate training schedules effectively

• Organize and support the Maz Tech Service Skills Competition

• Review eLearning content and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in technical education

• Familiarity with automotive maintenance and repair

• Bilingual proficiency (English/French) preferred

• Understanding of M-MDS and training platforms

• Willingness to travel for training assignments
