Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance in classroom and small-group settings
• Engage with students on a one-on-one basis as needed
• Collaborate with teaching staff on educational strategies
• Exhibit flexibility in work assignments and responsibilities
• Contribute positively to the educational environment
Requirements:
• Strong relationship with Christ and biblical instructional philosophy
• SEA or SETA certification is preferred
• Experience in BI support is an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and teachers
• Openness to outdoor education initiatives and team collaboration
