One School Global is looking for a Substitute Teacher for its Vancouver Campus who possesses a Bachelor’s Degree and has completed K-12 Teacher training. Candidates should be eligible for BC Teacher Certification and exhibit strong communication skills while respecting cultural diversities. Team collaboration is crucial, and previous experience in a professional learning community is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage classroom activities during teacher absences
• Engage students through varied instructional methods
• Work cooperatively with educational staff
• Ensure clear communication with students and colleagues
• Follow the school’s educational guidelines and policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or similar field
• Completed K-12 Teacher training and practicum
• Eligible for or holder of BC Teacher Certification
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
• Familiarity with professional learning communities preferred
