Murrayville Academy is seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher for a one-year maternity leave starting ASAP.
This role offers a collaborative atmosphere focused on excellent early childhood education. Candidates should possess a valid B.C. Teaching Certificate and have experience with early primary-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support developmental growth in Kindergarten students
• Implement play-based learning strategies effectively
• Foster a nurturing classroom environment
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress
• Collaborate with colleagues in educational initiatives
Requirements:
• Valid B.C. Teaching Certificate (Early Childhood focus preferred)
• Experience with Kindergarten-aged children
• Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Clean criminal record check required
