• Deploy, manage, and tune Wi‑Fi networks in a corporate and manufacturing setting, ensuring optimal performance and coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Network Engineers and IT Operations, to ensure seamless integration of wireless networks with existing infrastructure
• Perform regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Wi‑Fi performance
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including end-users and IT teams, regarding wireless network issues and solutions
• Document network configurations, procedures, and guidelines for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices for securing wireless networks

• Should have better understanding of OSI Layer model and Packet Flow
• Wireless Networks - Meraki and Cisco WLC and Access Points
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in deploying, managing, and tuning Wi‑Fi networks in a corporate and manufacturing environment
• Solid proficiency in Cisco wireless technologies, including experience with Cisco 9800 WLC and 9120/9130 Access Points
• Solid understanding of Meraki and Aruba wireless technologies, with hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting these platforms
• Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale Wi‑Fi deployments across multiple locations
