Key Responsibilities:

• Drive in-house technology for complex gearbox assemblies

• Develop and scale manufacturing processes for high volume outputs

• Collaborate on tooling design for assembly processes

• Track geartrain assembly and machining development

• Coordinate equipment installation and production handoff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• 3+ years in heat treatment and mechanical design

• Experience with CAD and gear manufacturing software

• Strong grasp of GD&T and engineering documentation

• Hands-on experience with production line building
