This role requires a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in pavement engineering. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality designs and analyze performance data while mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Produce technical reports and innovative pavement designs
• Conduct pavement investigations and analyze FWD and IRI data
• Collaborate with teams to pursue new project proposals
• Mentor junior engineers in design and technical skills
• Support client relationships and business growth in projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer designation
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Knowledge of construction materials and Alberta’s regulations
• Proficient in pavement assessment methods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
