In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative pavement designs and comprehensive technical reports. Your 5+ years of experience will be vital as you analyze data and plan investigations to inform design strategies. Collaborating with diverse teams, you’ll contribute to securing new projects while mentoring junior staff for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design safe and efficient pavement solutions for projects
• Analyze data and apply methodologies for pavement assessment
• Conduct field investigations including coring and sampling
• Prepare proposals and engage with clients to foster growth
• Train and mentor junior engineers in technical skills
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. designation
• 5 or more years in pavement engineering or related fields
• Strong expertise in flexible and rigid pavement design
• Knowledge of relevant performance assessment methods
• Excellent communication skills for report writing
