Become a Senior Engineer for Pavement Solutions with WSP, advancing critical infrastructure across Western Canada. Utilize your experience to create durable and effective pavement designs.
This key position requires a detailed understanding of pavement engineering principles and at least 10 years of hands-on experience. You will oversee the technical delivery of infrastructure projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor less experienced engineers. Your work will directly influence public and private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and analyze technical reports for pavement solutions
• Conduct detailed pavement surveys and interpret lifecycle data
• Engage in collaborative proposal preparations for new projects
• Mentor junior team members to promote technical growth
• Strengthen client relationships to support ongoing business
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree with Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) status
• 10+ years in the pavement engineering sector
• Expert in AASHTO standards and pavement design methods
• Familiar with construction materials and inspection processes
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement
