Compensation: $18.25 – $19.25 per hour.

As a Game Room Attendant, you will support guests while they play games and ensure that all games are clean, operational, and ready for use. You will provide excellent customer service and maintain a fun and safe environment for our guests.

• Assist guests in using game consoles and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all game areas.
• Handle money, tokens, and gift card transactions accurately.
• Monitor game areas for safety and promptly report any issues.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to each guest.
• Participate in cross‑training for additional positions as needed.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and an energetic, enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shifts.
• Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat regularly.
• Demonstrated ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers.

The role involves exposure to flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises. Quick responses to guest inquiries and emergency situations are essential.
