Position: Full-Time Credit Administrator

You will work under the Finance Manager and handle a range of responsibilities in accounts receivable and credit management. Key tasks include conducting credit reviews, resolving customer queries regarding overdue accounts, and preparing detailed reporting on collections. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate account records for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications and account maintenance

• Perform credit checks and manage evaluations

• Monitor overdue accounts and facilitate collections

• Contact customers for payment processing and dispute resolution

• Generate and reconcile financial reports monthly

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• 1-2 years experience in credit or collections

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and credit management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
