In this pivotal role, report directly to the General Manager, SWGR, while partnering with the Divisional Finance Leader. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance management for the TPS business across various locations. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions and operational performance, maximizing growth and profitability for Regal Rexnord.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial insights to the TPS leadership team

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

• Drive improvements in cash flow and profitability

• Oversee monthly financial performance reviews

• Coach finance staff across Langley and Arlington locations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field

• 8+ years of finance leadership in manufacturing

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation preferred

• Strong analytical and presentation skills

• Experience with SOX compliance in public companies
