Support customers in Langley with banking advice, service transactions, and digital education as a Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust.
This branch-based role builds lasting customer relationships through banking solutions, problem resolution, and referrals. You will guide customers toward appropriate staff for new accounts, investment advice, and banking needs. The work includes confidential matters, operational support, documentation, and customer experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support cash and non-cash transactions and resolve critical issues
- Recommend improvements to branch practices and operations
- High School diploma or one year of relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
