Lead a diverse National Tax Services team as a skilled Tax Manager. Drive innovation and internal training while ensuring compliance with the latest tax legislation in a rewarding environment.

This position requires managing tax service standards, developing training materials, and spearheading firm-wide learning events. You will also research local tax changes and provide necessary support to your colleagues. With a focus on mentorship, motivate team members for their professional growth while maintaining compliance across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop standards and processes for tax services

• Manage tax templates per the latest updates

• Create internal training materials and practice aids

• Facilitate firm-wide learning and development sessions

• Research and draft tax publications

Requirements:

• CPA designation is mandatory

• Completion of levels 1 and 2 of the Tax Program

• 4-5 years tax practice experience in public accounting

• Experience with private companies is an asset

• Proven leadership and relationship-building abilities
