Personal Banking Customer Service Associate

Build customer relationships at TD Canada Trust in Langley through financial transactions, needs assessment, and banking guidance.

This Customer Experience Associate supports the branch’s Personal and Commercial Banking services at the frontline. You will advise existing and prospective customers, identify opportunities, and refer them to appropriate team members or internal Bank partners. Success requires discretion, effective communication, and accurate execution.

• Perform transactions under operating procedures and regulations
• Assess needs and advise suitable banking solutions
• Handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion
• Refer customers to internal Bank partners when appropriate
• Support team effectiveness and personal performance development

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Customer experience skills with calm, courteous communication
• Strong organizational, planning, and administrative abilities
• Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and internet tools
