Lead finance integration across business and technology initiatives at Pattison Food Group in Langley, BC, using controls, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
This full-time temporary Finance Integration Lead reports to the Finance Director for a 12-month assignment. You will align finance requirements, processes, data, systems, and operational needs across initiatives. The work includes cross-functional coordination, business readiness, and transition support.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate finance work streams through design, implementation, cutover, and stabilization
- Maintain requirements, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones
- Translate requirements into process, system, data, reporting, and control needs
- Facilitate testing, defect resolution, Day 1 readiness, and hypercare
- Coordinate People Soft configurations, data validation, interfaces, and reporting readiness
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, business administration, or related discipline
- Seven or more years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
- Experience supporting integration, acquisition, system implementation, or ERP transformation
- Experience with controls, reconciliations, reporting, and process documentation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
