In this nursing position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the direction of Clinical Operations management. Responsibilities entail assessing holistic patient needs, developing care plans, providing nursing interventions, and engaging families in their care journey. You will also maintain meticulous documentation and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct holistic assessments of patient needs

Requirements:
• Graduate of a practical nursing program or equivalent experience
