Working within Fraser Health, your role as a Rehabilitation Assistant is vital. You will assist nursing and therapy teams in implementing treatment strategies and monitoring patient responses. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and observe elements of rehabilitation plans
• Provide input into treatment planning and evaluation
• Conduct mobility tests and functionality assessments
• Deliver training in daily living activities and mobility
• Keep therapy supplies and equipment well maintained
Requirements:
• Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to manage tasks effectively
• Physical ability to fulfill position's responsibilities
• Experience with assistive devices and support methods
