Qualifications As per
Job Description
A certificate from an approved Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker program
Demonstrated knowledge of the BC Community Care and Assisted Living Act and Residential Care Regulations
Demonstrated commitment to and understanding the concepts of shared leadership and team empowerment, and person directed care
Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
Computer literacy
Cooperative and team oriented
Organized and determined
Caring and committed
Fair, open minded and flexible
Honest, truthful, and ethical
Inspiring, dynamic, enthusiastic, positive, and optimistic
Anticipated Hours of Work 4 on 2 off
Commencement Date ASAP
