As part of the Fraser Health team, you'll implement recovery-oriented treatment plans, fostering a supportive atmosphere. You'll work collaboratively with clients to assess needs, manage crises, and develop actionable strategies for long-term wellness.
This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful change while utilizing your expertise in mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients
• Conduct assessments and create personalized recovery plans
• Facilitate educational sessions and group therapy
• Coordinate care transitions with multidisciplinary teams
• Keep accurate records of treatment progress and outcomes
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work or related discipline
• Two years’ experience with mental health and substance use
• Eligible for professional registration
• Class V driver's license with access to a vehicle
• Solid understanding of mental health assessment techniques
