In this role, you will advocate for individuals with mental illness and guide them through recovery processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement recovery-based treatment plans with clients
• Engage in collaborative case management practices
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs
• Connect clients to significant community resources
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for client transitions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Two years of experience in mental health services
• Must be eligible for professional registration
• Valid Class V BC driver’s license required
• Experience with crisis intervention and support strategies
You will play a crucial role in facilitating recovery and ensuring clients receive holistic support tailored to their unique needs.
