In this position, you will apply your skills to develop and monitor occupational therapy treatment programs. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize evidence-based methods for patient assessment

• Plan individual and group therapy programs with patients

• Deliver treatment interventions to facilitate recovery

• Evaluate and improve service delivery based on patient outcomes

• Provide guidance and feedback to therapy assistants

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

• Membership eligibility with CAOT

• Proven ability to communicate effectively

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
