Com For Care is seeking dedicated individuals to join our home care family. As a Companion, you will support clients under a Registered Nurse's supervision. You will interact with clients to promote their well-being, document services accurately, and provide requests promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients in beneficial companionship activities
• Perform light housekeeping and food preparation as needed
• Observe and document client condition and care
• Communicate effectively with all team members
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Capable of following written care plans
• Demonstrate independence and reliability in tasks
• Show compassion toward the elderly and disabled
• Possess excellent communication skills
