Join Langley Memorial Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in British Columbia. This role focuses on advanced pharmaceutical care, patient education, and guideline development.
As a full-time Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide consultations, oversee drug therapy management, and actively participate in the development of clinical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical direction for complex patient cases
• Lead patient education and care planning sessions

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Pharmacist in BC
• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency
• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
• Minimum one year of experience in a specialty area
