Pharmacy Manager

Pharmacy Manager – Langley‑Downtown, Langley, BC  As a valued member of an innovative Western Canadian company, we are hiring a Pharmacy Manager at our Langley‑Downtown location in Langley, BC.
You will be responsible for day‑to‑day pharmacy dispensary operations, clinical responsibilities, inventory management, scheduling, business strategy, and ensuring all policies and protocols are followed.
Responsibilities   Day‑to‑day Pharmacy Dispensary operations: receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
Clinical responsibilities including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non‑prescription counseling and recommendations.
Collaborating with other health care professionals and community partners.
Inventory management.
Team member scheduling, training, and management.
Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs.
Developing and implementing business growth strategies and plans.
Ensuring implementation and adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
Practicing at full scope.
Qualifications   Canadian Pharmacist in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT‑CAMPP).
Injection Certification.
Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience.

Compensation  $56.00 – $85.00 per hour. The compensation offered for this position will consider location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
