Position: Enriched Living Facilitator at The Village
Empower seniors at The Village Langley as an Enriched Living Facilitator. This role focuses on enhancing the well-being of residents with dementia through meaningful activities and personal care.

The Village Langley seeks an Enriched Living Facilitator to facilitate enriched living for each Villager. You'll foster relationships that provide a sense of safety and connection. The position entails ensuring Villager independence and comfort through support and engaging programming tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care and emotional support for Villagers

• Facilitate engaging activity programming and events

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in Villagers' living spaces

• Monitor and document changes in Villagers' conditions

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent completed

• Certificate in approved Health Care Aide program

• Certification in First Aid and CPR

• Previous senior care experience preferred

• Valid safe food handler's certificate required
