At Monarch House, you will implement intervention plans tailored for clients, supervised by a Registered Occupational Therapist. This role allows you to engage effectively with children and families, creating a positive environment while adapting to the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate regularly with families and team supervisors
• Implement best practice treatment plans for clients
• Organize teaching materials and create a safe environment
• Maintain client well-being and safety during sessions
• Track and document client progress through data collection
Requirements:
• Post-secondary coursework in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an OTA preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Ability to work flexible hours on weekdays
• Passion for improving client outcomes in therapy settings
